Kelly - Lead Preschool Teacher

After failing to ever live up to her boss’ expectations, Kelly has realized that going above and beyond has no monetary value in this career. She now has a chronic problem of riding the line between entertaining and negligent. This creates rifts in the relationships around her, but her quick wit and ingenuity allow her to navigate the chaos, occasionally to her benefit...but often to her detriment.

Eileen - Director of Early Birds

A hard-nosed leader who has owned and operated Early Birds since becoming a mother, Eileen believes that hard work should determine the fate of one's future, and those that don’t share the same views just aren’t hard workers. Easily offended by those that disagree, Eileen has a difficult time understanding that empathy has an important role in the workplace.

Veronica - Lead Infant Teacher

The most competitive person in the room, Veronica is quick to pick up on any new skill, and she clearly has a lot of them. She can accomplish any job faster and better, and she doesn’t like people getting in her way - which happens often in a job like this.

Hilary - Assistant Preschool Teacher

As the only child of the director, Hilary has had little room to try new things outside of what has been allowed. Trying to find a path in life outside of this daycare business, Hilary spends most of the time swimming upstream against the whims of those working this job too.

Nicole - Assistant Preschool Teacher

A cheery Christian in a marriage rich with happiness and money, Nicole has a surprisingly raunchy sense of humor. Nicole got this job to serve others as Jesus serves her, and she always tries to bring a positive attitude with her, especially while cleaning up the messes of others.

Pete - Floater

Pete has the job of filling in for classrooms that need another teacher, since he’s not responsible enough to have a classroom of his own. He’s a beefcake without any regard or knowledge of the effect he has on women… or the children in his care for that matter.
